Hey there, everyone! Today, I want to quickly go over what happened at Fund Launch Live 2024 in Orlando, Florida! The event ran from Wednesday, April 17th to Saturday, April 20th!
Here’s what happened…
Wednesday:
Early check-ins and cocktail party!
After checking in to the beautiful Orlando Regency Center, participants got their badges as either general admission, Black Card members, or VIP!
This was followed up by a cocktail party, perfect for winding down after a long flight and beginning to network with other fund managers!
Thursday:
I welcomed the crowd and talked about the mega framework for funds.
Neal Bawa showed us how he utilizes different programs to glean accredited investors.
John S. Pennington broke down the best product ever made and how it applies to fund managers.
Veena Jetti taught which soft skills helped her raise $375MM by 37 years old.
And so much more!
After, the participants were divided up by asset class to give them an even more ideal place to network and meet others!
Friday:
Lincoln Archibald got technical with exactly what the private market offers
Oren Klaff disclosed his “pitch and close” method that has produced $2B+ in deal volume.
Benjamin Hardy expounded upon some concepts from his book, “10x is easier than 2x” and how it applies to fund managers.
And much more!
The round table networking event allowed Black Card coaches to personally answer emerging fund managers questions.
Saturday:
Peter Zeihan dove into world economics and what fund managers need to expect over the next few decades.
Steve Eisman, played by Steve Carrell in “The Big Short,” answered questions from me and the crowd.
And much more!
After, the Black Card members went to universal studios for food, networking, and fun!
Conclusion
I didn’t mention every speaker and event, there was simply too much that happened! Thank you to all participants of this year’s event, the speakers, and the Fund Launch team!
