For those who don’t know already, I started an online business called Investment Fund Secrets 2 years ago.
This business is dedicated to helping people start, launch, and scale investment funds.
We teach 1,000s of people through online courses, live events, and 1 on 1 coaching.
We have 16,000 students currently, some of them have raised $100 million for their fund!
After starting a handful of businesses, I met Mason Vranes.
We did some website business together while I was running my first fund.
Mason came to me one day and suggested that we make an online course on how to start and manage funds.
Here’s the 3-step process as to how we made our business excel…
We launched Live Flip and it was super unsuccessful.
Mason and I realized that it flopped because there were already 100s of other companies just like this. We knew that we had to find our niche; something that would get more people’s attention.
Using the chrome extension, “Tube Body,” we found that many people search “how to start a fund” but there are almost no answers…
We did a podcast to see if people were actually interested in something like this, and they were! but we didn’t know if they were willing to pay…
We made a mini “how to start a fund” course that charged students only $47, and it got a lot of attention! It made $1200 in sales, so we decided to go all in!

It’s crucial to get your 1st dollar made as soon as possible because this will also boost momentum.
We did our first webinar, and it was a success! We followed the principles in the book, “Launch” by Jeff Walker and that helped a lot.
Just 3 days after the webinar, we made $144,000!
From the combination of doing weekly webinars, launching new products, and throwing events, we made $4.5 million in revenue at 1 year and $10 million at 2 years!
Its been an amazing ride and we’re excited to see what the future brings!
